Salt Lake City RV up for grabs for $11.9M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to market and sell the Pony Express RV Resort, a 195-unit RV park in North Salt Lake City, Utah, with an asking price of $11.9 million.

Dana Howland, a senior associate in the firm's Salt Lake City office, is representing the seller, a local developer, in the offering.

The Pony Express Resort is situated on 15 acres at 1012 W. Recreation Way and is being offered for $61,026 per unit. Built in 2007, it consists of 175 RV pads, 10 cabins and 20 tent sites.
