Texas shopping center on the block

Sherman Centre, a 176,958-square-foot shopping center in Sherman, Texas, has been placed on the market by a Houston-based developer without a formal asking price.

Jerry Goldstein, a VP in Marcus & Millichap's Houston office, is representing the seller.

Sherman Centre is located on the east of I-75 at 2701 N. Sam Rayburn Freeway. Situated on 23.84 acres, it is anchored by a 58,266-square-foot Gander Mountain Sports. Current tenants include Aspen Health Club, Attention, LLC, Strokes Baseball and Texas Roadhouse Restaurant.
