Hendricks & Partners sells Portland apartments for $1.08M

Sanford W. Zeitz of Portland, Ore., has sold the Beverly Court 1 and Beverly Court 2 apartments in Portland for $1.08 million to Greg Kincaid and Mark Thomas.

The deal was negotiated by Grayson Pounder of Hendricks & Partners' Portland office.

The apartments are located at 4519-4541 S.E. 104th Ave. and 10335 S.E. Pardee St. Last month, Pounder brokered the $4.65 million sale of the Westbrook Apartments in Beaverton and the $2.03 million sale of the Riverside apartments in Camas, Wash.
