CBRE negotiates $66.24M retail sale

The Shops at Chauncey Ranch

Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Vertical Holdings Co. has sold The Shops at Chauncey Ranch in Scottsdale, Ariz., for $66.24 million to a Phoenix-based private investor.

The deal was handled by Bob Young, Steve Brabant, Glenn Smigiel and Rick Abraham of CB Richard Ellis.

The Shops at Chauncey Ranch is a 168,504-square-foot retail center located at the corner at Scottsdale Road and Mayo Boulevard. Built in 2007, it sits on 17 acres and is currently 98 percent leased. Current tenants of the property include Whole Foods, PetSmart, The Container Store and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant.
