Austin hotel portfolio on the market


Marcus & Millichap has placed a two-hotel portfolio in Austin, Texas on the market without an asking price.

Alan Miller, a senior associate in the firm's Austin office, is representing the seller, a local-based company.

The portfolio consists of a 71-room Best Western Inn and a 74-room Country Inn & Suites. Both properties are comprised of one three-story building. The Best Western is located on 1.9 acres at 1801 Airport Commerce Dr. while the Country Inn is situated on 2.25 acres at 1707 Airport Commerce Dr.

"The Austin Airport Hotel market has already shown strong performance. Considering the steady increase of flight activity at ABI and the development of two nearby business parks, room demand will steadily increase," Miller said.
