Jacksonville medical office portfolio on the block for $26M

The Family Care Partners portfolio, a two-building medical office collection in Jacksonville, Fla., is being offered for sale with an asking price of $26 million.

The 105,705 square foot portfolio is being marketed by David Hsieh of Marcus & Millichap's Jacksonville office.

The portfolio is comprised of the Northside Medical Plaza and the Arlington Medical Plaza. The Northside building sits on 5.33 acres at 1215 Dunn Ave. and is leased by tenants including Family Care Partners, Florida Oncology Associates and Walgreens. The Arlington building is located at 6484 Fort Caroline Road and is situated on 3.4 acres. It is currently occupied by Signet Diagnostic Imaging Services, Heartland Rehabilitation and Family Care Partners.
