Chinese firm acquires Pomona industrial building for $3.3M

The American subsidiary of China National Aero-Technology Import and Export
Corp. (CATIC USA) has purchased a two-story industrial/office building in Pomona, Calif., for $3.3 million.

The deal was brokered by Barbara Emmons, Lynn Knox, John Privett and Lyn Eisenhower of CB Richard Ellis.

The building is located within the Seventh Street Development's Mission-71 Business Park at W. Second St. It includes 2,301 square feet of office space and a total square footage of 22,234 square feet. The building is the fifth sale this year within the business park.
