Hendricks & Partners orchestrates Austin multi-family sale

Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Victory Place, LP, has purchased the Fountainhead apartments in Austin, Texas for an undisclosed price from The Fountainhead Associates, a Texas General Partnership who had owned the property for more than 10 years.

The deal was arranged by Ellen Muskin and George Deuillet, III, of Hendricks & Partners' Austin office.

Built in 1983, the apartment complex is located at 4100 Victory Dr. across from the Ann Richard's School for Girls. It contains 129 units and has recently undergone a complete exterior painting. Financing for the acquisition was provided by Fannie Mae.
