Behringer Harvard acquires OneBriar Lake Plaza in Houston

Dallas, Texas-based Behringer Harvard has purchased OneBriarLake Plaza, a 20-story office tower in west Houston, for an undisclosed price from Crescent One BriarLake Plaza, LP.

Jeff Hollinden, Robert Williamson and Glenn Whitmore of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented Crecent One in the deal.

Built in 2000, the building is located at 2000 W. Sam Houston Parkway and contains 502,410 square feet. Situated on 9.4 acres, it is currently 94 percent occupied and includes a 2,068-space parking garage.
