10/13/2008Columbus Nova acquires two manufacturing facilities
by Chad KingIn a sale/leaseback transition, Columbus Nova and REEF I have acquired two properties totaling 271,000 square feet in Orlando, Fla., and Buffalo, N.Y., for an undisclosed price. The joint venture acquired a 116,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Buffalo and a 155,000-square-foot manufacturing building in Orlando. REEF I entered into long-term leases on both facilities with Roberts-Gordon, LLC, a portfolio company of Eastport Partners and The Brookside Group. Roberts-Gordon is a manufacturer of climate and environmental control systems which primarily reside and operate in industrial sites such as aircraft hangers, loading docks, green houses, warehouses, auto body shops and showrooms. Columbus Nova is an industrial focused real estate private equity firm investing in middle market sale/leaseback and value-add opportunities. Size: 271,000 square feet Filed Under: Industrial | | |
