Glendale shopping center brings $6.3M

SJ & SM, a private investor, has purchased the Northern Lights shopping center in Glendale, Ariz., for $6.3 million from 51st & Northern, LLC.

The property was marketed and sold by Sanford Burstyn of Marcus & Millichap's Phoenix office.

The Northern Lights retail center is located at 5128 W. Northern Ave. and contains 29,506 square feet. The property currently has vacancies with available space ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet.
