Voit Commercial completes two industrial sales worth $7.2M

Voit Commercial Brokerage has completed two industrial sales in Orange County, Calif., totaling nearly 40,000 square feet, for $7.2 million.

In La Habra, Albany Synergistics sold a 31,102-square-foot industrial property at 1901 Lambert Road to a private investor for $4.8 million. Mike Hefner of Voit's Anaheim Metro office represented Albany while the buyer was represented by Jason Jamison of GM Properties.

In Irvine, The Koll Co. sold an 8,602-square-foot industrial facility at 9247-9249 Research Dr. for $2.4 million to Buckley Enterprises, LLC. The building was constructed in May 2008 and is located within Koll Center 3, a 56-unit industrial/R&D development.

Both parties in the deal were represented by Joe Winkelmann, Kevin Turner and Travis Haining also of Voit's Irvine office.
