Fort Lauderdale resort on the market for $12.99M

The El Palacio Fort Lauderdale Resort, a five-story hotel and conference center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., has been placed on the market with an asking price of $12.99 million.

The property is being marketed by Adam Tiktin and Ronnie Issenberg of Marcus & Millichap's Miami office.

The hotel is located at 4900 Powerline Road and is being offered for $66,615 per room. It contains 195 rooms and is situated on 4.25 acres. Renovated in 2000, the hotel also has 5,000 square feet of meeting space.
