M West Holdings buys Dallas office property

Los Angeles, Calif.-based M West Holdings, LLC, has acquired an 87,292-square-foot office building in Dallas, Texas in an off-market transaction from Behringer Harvard.

Gary Carr of CB Richard Ellis brokered the deal.

The office building is located at the northwest corner of Fitzhugh Avenue and N. Central Expressway at 4245 N. Central Expressway. It is currently 87 percent leased to a mixture of tenants including Capital One, BGO Architects and The McCarthey Co. The buyer plans to re-brand the property as 4245 Uptown.
