Vanderplow Properties takes 54,000sf industrial building for $6.75M

Vanderplow Properties has sold a 54,000-square-foot industrial building in Orange, Calif., for $6.75 million to locally-based Fisher Printing, Inc..

Both Fisher Printing and Vanderplow were represented in the deal by Louis Tomaselli and Mitch Zehner of Voit Commercial Brokerage.

The building is located at 2341 N. Pacific St. and contains 6,094 square feet of office space. It is situated on 2.3 acres and is near five freeways. Fisher Printing is a full-service printing company that specializes in photography, image archiving, color proofing, online ad building and Web site creation services.
