Wells Real Estate inks deal for Parkway at Oak Hill

Norcross, Ga.-based Wells Real Estate Funds has purchased Parkway at Oak Hill, a two-building office development in Austin, Texas from PKWY, LLC.

The property was marketed for sale by the Dallas office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

Parkway at Oak Hill is located at 4801 Southwest Parkway. The buildings, which will be delivered vacant, contain 146,000 square feet.

"Parkway at Oak Hill offers us an attractive leasing opportunity in a very desirable location," said Keith Willby, senior VP of acquisitions, who represented Wells. "The property has excellent transportation access, with five major roadways nearby, including U.S. 290 and Loop 1."
