Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial negotiates sale of Phoenix industrial building

MMS Phoenix, LLC, has acquired a single-story industrial building in Phoenix, Ariz., for $1.99 million from CAL/AZ Portfolio No. 1, LLC.

The deal was brokered on behalf of the buyer by Pete Klees and Rick Foss of Grubb & Ellis BRE Commercial.

The building is located at 2229 E. Magnolia St. and is currently leased by MMS Medical. The president of MMS Medical is currently the head of MMS Phoenix, LLC. The building contains 40,000 square feet and was constructed in 1977.
