New Jersey apartments fetch $2.2M

Norwood Apartments, LLC, has sold a 22-unit apartment complex in New Brunswick, N.J., to a locally-based investor for $2.2 million.

Both parties were represented in the deal by Michael Fasano and Maz Radwan of Marcus & Millichap.

Built in 1969, the apartments sold for $100,000 per unit. Earlier this month, Fasano negotiated the sale of a 5,575-square-foot multi-family and retail property in Paterson for $635,000. Fasano was joined in the deal by Thomas McConnell, Urszula Zoltek and Greg Babaian.
