Colliers orchestrates Nevada retail sale

Twin 168, LLC, has purchased the Warm Springs Lowers Center building in Henderson, Nev., for $1.36 million from MD Henderson, LLC.

The deal was negotiated by Scot Marker of Colliers International.

The building is located at 410-480 Marks St. and contains 31,799 square feet. It sold for $227.50 per square foot and is positioned in the Galleria Trade Area, the largest retail trade area in the state.

Marker is a senior VP in Colliers' retail division. He began his commercial real estate career in 1995 and is a graduate of the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
