SKL Properties acquires Oregon multi-family

SKL Properties, LLC, has purchased the Regis Arms apartments in Hillsboro, Ore., for $1.3 million from Seattle, Wash.-based P&R Management, LLC.

Grayson Pounder of Hendricks & Partners' Portland office brokered the sale on behalf of P&R Management. Regis Arms contains 20 units and sold for $65,000 per unit. It is located at 2050 N.E. Barberry Dr.

Earlier this month, Pounder brokered the $1.08 million sale of the Beverly Court 1 and Beverly Court 2 apartments in Portland. He represented the buyer in the transaction.
