The Villas at La Mesa sells for $11.5M

An entity operating as The Villas Apartment Homes, LP, has purchased The Villas at La Mesa in La Mesa, Calif., for $11.54 million from KW/WDC La Mesa, LLC.

The deal was finalized by Steve Huffman of Hendricks & Partners' San Diego office.

The Villas at La Mesa are located at 8515 Chloe Ave. The property contains 86 units and was built in 1971. It contains a unit mix of 67 one- and 19 two-bedroom apartments.
