Guardian Life Insurance pays $55.5M for Arlington office building

Guardian Life Insurance Co. has purchased 801 N. Quincy St. in Arlington, Va., for $55.5 million from Normandy Real Estate Partners.

Negotiations for Normandy were handled by Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood, James Cassidy and Jud Ryan of Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers.

The office building is located in the Rosslyn Ballston Corridor and contains 110,900 square feet. Built in 2002 it is currently 100 percent occupied and is anchored by the General Services Administration, which is part of the U.S. Department of the Interior.
