HFF arranges refinancing for two Houston office buildings

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has arranged refinancing for the 213,309-square-foot Dairy Ashford Plaza in Houston, Texas on behalf of DAP Plaza, Ltd.

Tucker Knight and Steve Gautier of HFF's Houston office arranged the refinancing through Ohio National Financial Services.

Dairy Ashford is comprised of two office buildings located at 2000 and 2020 S. Dairy Ashford. The 2000 location contains 105,419 square feet while the 2020 building has 107,890 square feet. Both were constructed in 1979.

"Due to Houston's strong office market, deal sponsorship and low loan to value, Ohio National was able to originate the loan with an appealing rate on a non-recourse basis," Gautier said.
