NAI Capital brokers sale of three Tustin medical office buildings

KAMF Tustin, LLC, has purchased three medical office buildings in Tustin, Calif., for more than $10 million in three separate transactions.

NAI Capital's John Boskso and Bob Bush represented KAMF in the transaction.

The first building is a 14,023-square-foot office property known as the Tustin Medical Arts building. It sits on 13422 Newport Ave. and was sold for $3 million. The seller, Tustin Medical Arts, was also represented by Bosko and Bush.

The second property sold for $4.45 million and is located at 13362 and 13372 Newport Ave. The building contains 20,450 square feet. The seller was Selcasnan Limited Partnership and was represented by Gary Stache and Pat Scruggs of CB Richard Ellis.

The third building, an 11,968-square-foot medical office building, is located at 1101 Bryan Ave. It was sold by Bryan Medical, LLC, for $2.57 million.
