Santa Ana retail property being offered for $17.02M

An Indiana-based investment group is selling a net-leased Burlington Coat Factory in Santa Ana, Calif., with an asking price of $17.02 million.

Alvin Mansour and Ben Tashakorian of Marcus & Millichap are marketing the retail building for the seller.

The property is located at 2840 S. Bristol St. and contains 58,280 square feet. It is being offered for $292 per square foot and is 100 percent leased to Burlington Coat Factory.

"This offering is an excellent opportunity for an investor to acquire a 10-year, corporate-guaranteed, Burlington Coat Factory lease in a thriving location," Mansour said.
