Las Vegas retail property fetches $3.14M

Hillsborough, Calif.-based KLY, LLC, has purchased the Shops at Craig and Jones in Las Vegas, Calif., for $3.14 million from Lost at Sea, LP.

Jeff Conover of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller while Ron Huntington of RE/MAX represented the buyer.

The retail property is situated on .64 acres at 891 W. Craig Road and contains 4,802 square feet. Built in 2007, it is currently 100 percent leased by tenants including Colonial Bank, Wireless Toys and Cigarette Box.

The buyer paid all cash in the 1031 exchange and purchased the property with a 6.75 percent capitalization rate.
