Los Angeles retail space being offered for $11.9M

Marcus & Millichap has been hired to sell part of the Nordhoff Plaza retail center in Northridge, Calif., with an asking price of $11.9 million.

Lior Regenstreif, a VP in the firm's Encino office, is representing the seller in the offering.

The retail property contains 31,074 square feet, 13,287 of which is a Walgreens property. The remaining 4,500 square feet is occupied by three other retailers. The property is being offered for $669 per square foot and is situated on .87 acres at 19230 Nordhoff St.
