Ruffin Road Business Park sells for $8.6M

San Diego, Calif.-based The Shidler Group has sold the Ruffin Road Business Park in San Diego for $8.6 million from H.G. Fenton Property Co.

Nick Psyllos and Paul Komadina of CB Richard Ellis represented both parties in the transaction

The two-building business park is located at 3949 and 3959 Ruffin Road. Built in 1981, it contains 45,842 square feet and is 91 percent leased to United Tote, Access Professional, Inc., and Nsoro, LLC.
