Hendricks & Partners brokers $1.53M sale of Seattle multi-family

Mukilteo, Wash.-based 1222 Taylor Ave N, LLC, has sold a 14-unit apartment complex in Seattle for $1.53 million to T. John Conomos and Janice R. Conomos.

The deal was brokered by Josh Blake of Hendricks & Partners' Seattle office.

The apartments are located at 938 N. 100th St., and sold for $109,285 per unit. The transaction was a 1031 exchange.

"By offering better than market loan terms, the seller benefited with a strong closing price, and the buyer enjoyed peace of mind that the deal would close in a volatile lending environment," Blake said.
