Michael McCarthy, formerly a commercial real estate sales person with McCarthy Associates of White Plains, N.Y., has joined the real estate services firm of Newmark Knight Frank as an associate broker. McCarthy will be based in the firm's Greenwich, Conn., office and will be responsible for office tenant and agency representation, as well as investment sales in both Westchesterand Fairfield counties. In his previous position with McCarthy Associates he was involved in leasing, sales and marketing of commercial office properties for tenants and landlords in the Westchester/Fairfield area. Previously, as an account executive with the White Plains office of Connecticut Business Systems, LLC, he successfully sold and marketed office technology equipment to small and medium-sized businesses in Westchester County. Newmark Knight Frank and London-based partner Knight Frank Newmark operate from over 196 offices in established and emerging property markets on six continents. Last year, transactions were valued at more than $47.6 billion with annual revenues of more than $962 million.
