North Las Vegas shopping center listed for $25.69 million

A North Las Vegas shopping center featuring such national tenants as Dollar Tree, UPS Store and Moneytree has been listed for sale for a price of $25.69 million, or $310 per square foot.

Chris Cunning, vice president, and Lane Jacobs, investment specialist, of Marcus & Millichap are representing the seller, a California-based investment group.

The 82,970-square-foot shopping center, built in 2004, is located on nine acres at 5595 Simmons St., at the intersection of Simmons and Ann Road. It is anchored by a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, which is not part of the sale. Other stores located in the center include Dunkin Donuts, Panda Express, Denny's and Supercuts.
