Newmark Knight Frank to market suburban Boston office property

Newmark Knight Frank has been hired to market a three-story office building in the Boston suburb of Brockton, Mass.

Newmark's Austin Smith, Jason Bryer and Stefan Frey are representing the buildings owner, Canton-based New England Realty Group, Inc. The firm is a commercial real estate investment and development company.

The building is located at 1115 West Chestnut St. and contains 40,500 square feet. It currently has vacancies ranging from 1,300 square feet up to 9,500 square feet. Brockton is located approximately 25 miles south of Boston.
