Hendricks & Partners sells 30 units in Vista, Calif.

The Meadow Ridge apartments, a 30-year old apartment complex in Vista, Calif., has been sold to Brian & Diane Boultinghouse for $4.1 million by Meadowridge Apartments, LP.

The deal was finalized by Patrick Doyle and David Andrews of Hendricks & Partners' San Diego office.

The property is located at 415 Plymouth Dr. and contains 33 units. It is set to undergo an extensive rehabilitation project. Financing for the acquisition - $3.07 million - was provided by Andrew Gilligan of Washington Mutual.
