Hendricks & Partners finalizes sale of Grand Prairie multi-family

El Segundo, Calif.-based DMEP Meadow Green, LLC, has purchased the Meadow Green apartment community in Grand Prairie, Texas for an undisclosed price from Meadows Real Estate Investors, Ltd.

Hendricks & Partners' Tom Burns and Jay Gunn represented the seller in the deal.

The Meadow Green is located at 3001 Ave. K E. and is comprised of 100 units. It was originally built as a condominium project and is situated on the Great Southwest Golf Course. The interiors of the apartments have recently been upgraded.
