11/10/2008NAI to market Los Angeles boys home with $1.75M price tag

Peter Cohen, director of government services with NAI James E. Hanson, is representing the seller in the offering. The property is located at 3741 W. 27th St. and was built in the 1920s It was the home of boxer Jack Dempsey when he was a fighter. His daughter then donated the property to the boys home in 1995. NAI James E. Hanson recently another property for Father Flanagan's Boys Home in Philadelphia, Pa., and is marketing a 12,805-square-foot building in Newark, N.J.
