Grubb & Ellis acquires Houston's Oak Park Office Center III

Grubb & Ellis Realty Investors has purchased the Oak Park Office Center III, in the Houston, Texas submarket of Westchase from Realty Associates Oak Park III, L.P.

Robert Williamson, Barbara Guffey and Jeff Hollinden of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler represented the seller in the transaction.

The Oak Park Office Center III is a newly-built office building located at 6001 Rogerdale Road. The two-story building contains 151,000 square feet on 11.4 acres and was built by Myers Crow & Saviers, Ltd.

The HFF team recently sold Oak Park Office Center I and II on behalf of the same seller in 2004 and February 2008.
