USA Connect acquires Corona office building

New York City-based USA Connect has purchased a two-story office building in Corona, Calif., for $1.9 million from Lawrence and Vicki Jackson.

Mike Barreiro of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller in the deal.

The building is located at 4190 Green River Road and contains 8,204 square feet. The transaction was a user/investment deal, with the buyer occupying half, and the seller leasing back half.

USA Connect is an Internet-based voice and data communications company. It provides national and international phone service using VoIP technology.
