Colorado Springs apartment community listed for $26 million

San Francisco-based Sunset Ridge Associates is offering the 240-unit Preserve at Hidden Creek apartment community in Colorado Springs, Colo., for $26 million.

Marcus & Millichap's Denver office is representing the seller. The list price equates to $108,333 per unit.

The community is located at 5910 Vista Ridge Point in the northeast section of Colorado Springs, convenient to downtown and the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport.

The complex has 18 three-story buildings on 15.3 acres. It features one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and the community includes a heated swimming pool and spa, clubhouse, exercise room and detached garages.
