11/11/2008Financing arranged for sale of Oklahoma City office buildings
by Principle Equity Management has purchased Atrium Towers, twin six-story office buildings in northwest Oklahoma City, for $13.2 million from KBS Realty Advisors.The Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler secured $9.74 million in financing for the buildings, which are located at 3501 NW 63rd St. near the intersection of Interstate 44 and Centennial Expressway. The structures, built in 1980, total 156,106 square feet of office space. The buildings are 95 percent leased. The sale price equates to $85 per square foot.
