California apartment complex sells for $1.1 million

Valmont View, a nine-unit apartment community located in the San Gabriel Mountains foothills north of Los Angeles, was sold for $1.1 million to Jorge and Maria A. Molina of Le Crescenta.

Kevin Hurley of Hendricks & Partners represented the seller, 6834-6838 Valmont Street LLC of Huntington Beach, Calif.

Valmont View, located at 6834 Valmont St. in Tujunga, Calif., includes nine single-story bungalow units totaling 6,399 square feet on more than one-half acre. Each unit has front and back entrances and single-car garages.
