CBRE New England promotes three property managers

CB Richard Ellis/New England Property Management has promoted three property management members.

Eileen Carrol has been promoted to VP/portfolio manager, while Emily Batchelder and Laura Mintz have been promoted to VP/general manager.

Carrol joined CBRE in 1996 as a property accountant and was later promoted to accounting manager. She became a member of the property management group in 1999 and will now be based in the firm's Wakefield office.

Batchelder has been with CBRE since 2007 and previously served as the GM of 101 Arch St. At her new position, she will assume the management responsibility of One Boston Place, an 800,000-square-foot office tower.

Mintz has also been with CBRE since 2007 when she was hired as the GM of Waltham Woods. She is a former GM with ING Clarion and WinnCompanies. At her new post, she will oversee an eight-member team assigned to the firm's ING account.
