CBRE Realty Trust pays $41M for two Virginia office buildings

CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust has acquired two fully-leased office buildings in Chantilly, Va., for $41.5 million.

The two three-story buildings, Avion Midrise III and IV, are located at 14550 and 14560 Avion Parkway. They contain 143,011 square feet and were developed in the Avion Business Park in 2002-2003. They are both 100 percent leased to the U.S. General Services Administration and Lockheed Martin Corporation.

Both buildings are accredited as Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, which offers access controls and other systems that meet specific security requirements mandated by the federal government for handling classified information.
