Aerospace paint firm buys $2 million California building

A firm that specializes in the delivery of small paint orders to aerospace subcontractors has purchased a 12,000 square foot industrial building in Orange County, Calif., for $2 million.

TC Specialties purchased the building at 460 Industrial Way in Placentia, Calif.

Dennis Demeis of Southwest Commercial represented TC Specialties in the transaction. Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial Brokerage
represented the seller, The Prout Family Trust.
