California office building sold for $4 million

A 12,838 square foot office building in the eastern portion of the Los Angeles metropolitan area has been sold for $4 million.

HWE Corona Corporate Centre sold Building 4 of the Corona Corporate Centre, located at 2071 Compton Ave. in Corona. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the seller while Winner-Baird Real Estate represented the buyers, Naser W. Azar and Zaka S. Azar, trustees.

Built in 2008, the property is located near Interstate 15 southwest of Riverside, Calif.
