Manufacturing company buys industrial building for $3.6 million

A company that manufactures connectors and metal fittings has purchased a 28,125 square foot building in Chino, Calif., for $3.6 million.

Lin-Kotai Commercial represented the sellers, Shengwu and Xiaoling Chen. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer, LIA Properties.

The property at 13810 Mountain Ave. in Chino is located near the Chino valley and Pomona freeways in the Los Angeles area.
