California industrial building sells for $3.1 million

A family trust has purchased a 31,768-square-foot industrial building in Riverside, Calif., for $3.1 million.

Grubb & Ellis represented the seller, Oakkmont Riverside Hunt Park LLC. Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer, the Kathy M. Gardarian Family Trust.

The structure is located at 1120 Citrus St. in Riverside, near Interstate 215.
