70,000 SF industrial property sells for $9.7 million

A New York-based wholesale foodservice supplier has purchased a 70,400-square-foot California industrial site in a $9.69 million cash transaction.

Lee & Associates represented the seller, Pyng Shan Liu, while Colliers International represented the buyer, Jetro Cash & Carry Enterprises.

The property is located at 20405 W. Walnut Drive in Diamond Bar, Calif.

The facility, remodeled in 1972, will become a food distribution center for Jetro Cash & Carry, which now has four sites in the Los Angeles area. Liu sold the building as part of a consolidation of his company's office and warehouse space.
