11/25/2008Cushman & Wakefield sells San Diego office building for $2.8 million
by A two-story office building in suburban San Diego has been sold for $2.82 million to Douglas Barnhart, founder of Douglas E. Barnhart, Inc., a San Diego building, engineering and construction management firm. Grubb & Ellis|BRE Commercial represented the seller, Mission Federal Credit Union, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer. The two-story structure at 10805 Thormint Rd. can accommodate multiple tenants in its 9,960 square feet. It was reported as vacant at the time of the sale and is expected to be partially occupied by the buyer.
