San Diego apartment complex brings $12 million

Casa La Paz, a 96-unit apartment community in the San Diego suburb of Chula Vista, has been sold to Imperial Villa Apartments FLP for $12 million.

Hendricks & Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was Salomon Development Co. of San Diego.

The community is located at 370 K. St. in Chula Vista, in the southern part of the San Diego region.
