Belton Marketplace, a 65,000 square foot shopping center outside Kansas City, Mo., has been listed for $11.8 million.

Marcus & Millichap is representing the seller, MAP Belton LLC. The listing price represents $181 per square foot.

Located at 1109 E. North Ave. in Belton, which is south of Kansas City, the multi-tenant shopping center is situated on 11 acres, directly across from a Super Target, Kohl's and Home Depot.

Built in 2007, the shopping center's other tenants include Verizon, GameStop, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings and Hibbett Sports.
